1. Introduction

Welcome to Cit Byte (CB). By accessing this website and our network services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms protect both the network integrity and your digital assets.

2. Earning & Assets

Cit Byte is a digital promotion network. CB is a digital asset earned through activities including but not limited to: Mining (Mine CB), Affiliate promotions, and Marketplace sales.

• The price of CB is determined by the network and is subject to change based on market ledgers.
• Users are prohibited from attempting to manipulate their CB balance through unauthorized scripts or software.

3. Strict Withdrawal Policy

To maintain a healthy financial ecosystem, every withdrawal request must satisfy the following 4 pillars of verification:

• KYC Verification: Users must submit a valid National Identification Number (NIN).
• Minimum Threshold: Balance must be at least 1,000 Naira (after USD/NGN conversion).
• Network Growth: You must have referred at least one (1) active member to the network.
• Debt Clearance: All outstanding loans must be cleared before funds can be released.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of assets:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using VPNs or Proxy servers to mask your location.
• Spamming referral links or misleading potential members.
• Abusing the Cit Byte loan system.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cit Byte is an internet business promotion platform. We are not a bank or a web hosting company. Users participate in digital mining and promotions at their own discretion.
